Great spot for bbq. Everything tasted great and portions filled me up and I'm a big eater. Buffet is only for dinner, Thursday Friday and Saturday. We got cafeteria style servings. We also got some fried thighs to go and they were cooked perfectly.

We had delicious hot crispy fried chicken. They have delicious fried shimp, flounder, clams stuffed crabs, and and ribs. Dumplings with real chicken in them. Lots of veggies like buttered corn, green beans, fried okra, slaw, candied yams, and baked apples. They also have rice and ff. The country fried steak in gravey is the best anywhere around. They have barbecue which lots of people like but is to hot for my family. We had a great waitress tonight who kept our glasses full. They have a good special on Thursday nights starting at 5pm 2 people fir $30.

It's a great place around here to get some of the old fashioned Southern soul food. Hand breaded fried chicken (breaded that has spices for taste), fresh hand chopped BBQ (vinegar based), fried trout and flounder, fried shrimp, okra, claim strips, deviled crab, hand peeled butter potatoes, and much more. I recommend going during the even for the all you can eat buffet. Staff is nice and the cooks prepare the food with love. The atmosphere is one of a kind, with it's vintage signs and old farming equipment on display. Very rustic. If you're near and want something different, I would highly recommend it.

$8.55 for barbecue chicken plate with green beans, mac and cheese, rolls instead of hushpuppies. Called in order. They told me 15 mins, got there in 5, they had my order ready in 10. Exceptional service!!!

Food is buffet line.. if you go away hungry... it's your own fault! Courteous staff, home cooking, variety of desserts. Prices very affordable..large portions, and the waitress is all about customer service.

Fried chicken was very small. The fried okra was mostly stems. Mac and cheese was great. Won't be visiting again.

Delicious food! One top places for southern food in NC. Sad that they closed their location in Coats, but if you're passing through Sanford, make sure to stop here. Highly recommended!

The food is good. Mac and cheese and green beans were really tasty. Fried fish still had the bones. Chicken was crispy and not dry. Mashed potatoes and gravey were ok. Coconut cream pie was gummy with a meringue topping that had a marshmallow texture. Nothing was inedible, just basic. I'd go back.

Don’t order extra rolls. They just give you Wonder Bread rolls and charge you .99 cents a roll. I purchased 30 rolls that cost me $30 and I could have gotten them for around $9.00…… what a rip off!!!!! I thought that they were going to be homemade rolls!!!!
